These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and o9win ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by o9win at https://o9win.click.

Member Eligibility

• Are not currently under a self-exclusion period that you or o9win have activated on your account.
• Possessing full mental and legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

O9win reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of address, or age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Registration & Account Management

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the o9win platform. These rules are strictly enforced.

• The information you provide during registration — including your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the o9win support team.
• Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all fund balances.

Deposits & Payment Methods

O9win supports a range of popular and legitimate digital payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• O9win is not liable for any delays caused by payment providers or banks.

Fund Withdrawals

• 15% Sports Cashback: Calculated based on net Sports Betting losses within a week (Monday–Sunday). Credited automatically every Monday. Maximum cap of RM500 per week. 1x wagering requirement.

• All bonuses are for single use per eligible player, unless otherwise stated.

General Game Rules

All games on the o9win platform — including sports, Live Casino, slots, and e-sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• All game results are final once confirmed by the system. No appeals may be made on the grounds of disagreement with a valid result.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game outcome, o9win reserves the right to void the bet in question and return the original stake to the player.
• For Sports Betting, results are based on the official outcomes issued by the relevant league or sporting body. In the event of conflicting results, o9win will refer to the most authoritative and definitive source available.
• Bets placed after a match has started in pre-match mode will be automatically voided if detected by o9win.
• O9win reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time without prior notice, for operational or sporting integrity reasons.

Player Conduct & Responsibilities

By using the o9win platform, you agree to engage with the platform and other players in a responsible and ethical manner.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools that assist in placing bets automatically without genuine human involvement.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating another person or committing identity fraud in any form.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing account login credentials with any third party for any reason.
• Threatening, harassing, or discriminatory speech or conduct directed at any individual through the platform's communication channels.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your o9win account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, any withdrawable cash balance will be returned to you in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

O9win reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of the terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Recommendations or decisions from a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.
• Detection of suspicious activity, including attempted money laundering or fraud.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, o9win reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that violate those terms. The original deposit balance (excluding bonuses and winnings linked to fraudulent activity) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• O9win is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the player's end.
• O9win is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• O9win's maximum liability to any individual player for any single claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution
